- Date: ASAP - ongoing
- Schedule: FT, 8a-4ish
- Patient Volume: average 15-20 per day
- No call or hospital-based services
- Must be able to see toddlers, children, adolescent and adult
- Support Staff: 3 MDs & 1 APP on staff
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: WI license (will wait for license), BC/BE, BLS
- Credentialing: 90 days
