• Permanent, full-time position

• Seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Medicine physician

• Reason for need: Practice growth

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• No call responsibilities

• Patient volume: 16–18 patients per day

• Option to see all ages or adults only

• No APP supervision required

• Work alongside another Primary Care Physician

• EMR: eClinicalWorks

• J1 and H1 visa sponsorship available

• $270,000 base salary for the first two years

• Year 3 and beyond: Lower base salary plus outcome-based compensation and wRVU incentives

  • $50 per wRVU over 3,950 annually

• $100,000 sign-on bonus

  • 5-year forgiveness period secured by a signed loan agreement
