UHC Solutions is partnering with a reputable community health organization to fill multiple Family Medicine Physician positions across Oregon and Washington. These clinics are located in distinct, scenic areas throughout the Pacific Northwest, offering physicians the opportunity to make a difference through mission-driven work in some of the most beautiful and unique communities.
This role is open to both new graduates and experienced physicians and stands out for its compensation and benefits structure, which differs meaningfully from many other FQHC opportunities, making it well worth consideration.
Position Details:
- Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
- EMR system is EPIC

Job Responsibilities
Maintain a full-scope primary care panel
Work collaboratively with dedicated bilingual Medical Assistants and clinical staff
Document care accurately and timely in EPIC EMR
Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
Qualifications
Eligible for or holding an unrestricted medical license in Oregon or Washington
Ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment
Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations
