We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient clinic coverage for an established primary care practice. This locum opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, a supportive clinical environment, and the chance to care for both adult and pediatric patients. The role is ideal for physicians who value continuity of care, team-based practice, and a balanced work-life schedule.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and pediatric patients
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct routine wellness visits and preventive care
• Participate in after-hours call coverage based on rotation
• Collaborate with medical assistants, reception staff, and clinical teams
• Document patient encounters accurately using the EHR system
Qualifications
• Active Michigan medical license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in outpatient family medicine practice
• Clean malpractice and license history
• Current NPDB Self-Query report
Working Hours
• Day shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
• After-hours call required on a rotating basis
