- Conduct physical exams, screenings, and immunizations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Create individualized treatment plans

- Collaborate with other healthcare providers for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Participate in community health initiatives
- Integrate latest medical knowledge into practice
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Arizona medical license
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Multicultural healthcare experience
- Spanish/English bilingual ability
- Additional certifications (geriatrics, pediatrics, women’s health)
