Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed - May 29, 2026
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Clinical Details:
- Duties: Medication Management, Preventive Care, Treatment Planning, Diagnosis, Patient Assessment (Physical Examination, Annual Wellness)
- Work Setting: Clinic
- Age Range of Patient Population: 40+
- Average Patients Per Day: 14
- Support Staff: Each provider has their MA, Case Manager and referral coordinator on site
- EMR: eCW
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- FL license
- 2-3 years Clinical experience for Medicare Advantage
- DEA, BLS
- Will consider non-local provider, and reimburse for travel
