Join a patient-centered outpatient primary care practice in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY. This role offers a flexible 4- or 5-day workweek, light call schedule, strong team support, and excellent compensation—ideal for physicians seeking long-term stability and work-life balance ⚖️✨
Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for all age groups
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform routine exams, preventive care, and health screenings
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary care teams
• Participate in light phone-only call rotation with RN triage
• Deliver limited telemedicine coverage on scheduled weekends
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for New York medical licensure
• DEA & ACLS (or ability to obtain by start date)
• Strong interest in full-spectrum primary care
Working Hours
• 🗓️ 4 or 5 days per week
• ⏰ 40 hours/week (34 patient-facing hours)
• 📞 Call: ~1 in 70 days (phone only)
