Job Responsibilities
• Provide full-spectrum primary care for all age groups
• Manage chronic conditions and acute visits
• Perform routine exams, preventive screenings, and immunizations
• Collaborate with APPs and care teams
• Participate in light, RN-triaged call rotation
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
• Active NY license or willingness to obtain
• Clean malpractice and license history
Working Hours
• Monday–Friday
• Flexible 4 or 5-day work week
• No routine weekends
• Very light phone call coverage
