Seeking a Family Practice physician to join a large Community Health organization.
They are a large provider of social services and community health with very nice, modern offices.
This office is located one hour south of Chicago. Easy access to Chicago by 1-57 driving and train. This community offers a smaller town feel while still being connected to Chicago proper. It has strong community vibes, good parks and rivers and growing job sectors in healthcare and biotech. They have a diverse population with a peaceful, coexistence and strong built in communities.

100% out patient practice
Reasonable patient volume

Monday - Friday with one 1/2 day Saturday per month (later start date)
Schedule is (5) 8hr shifts with allotted Admin time
