Job description
We are seeking a Locums Adult Primary Care Physician to provide outpatient primary care coverage in Worcester, MA. This position offers a balanced schedule with built-in administrative time, manageable patient volumes, and strong clinical support.
Compensation: $150 Per Hour
Position Details
- Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 32 hours per week of clinic time
- 8 hours per week of paid administrative time
- Total: 40 hours per week
- Patient Volume:
- Approximately 18 patients per day (about 70 patients per week)
- Visit Lengths:
- Standard visits: 30 minutes
- New patient visits: 45 minutes
- Occasional 15-minute visits for selected urgent care issues
- Support:
- 1:1 Medical Assistant support
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Massachusetts medical license preferred
