Seeking a Family Practice physician to join a Community Health organization.
This organization is a large provider of social services and community health services in Chicago and Northwest suburb of Chicago. Located close to Crystal Lake and Barrington, this location lively, vibrant suburb is rich in fine arts and culture, fun restaurant, shopping and schools. Easy access by train or highway (45 min) to downtown Chicago.

Practice is comprised of Primary Care Physicians and Family Nurse Practitioner. Very nice, modern office.
