Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care across all age groups
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform health maintenance screenings and complete patient examinations
• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate referrals and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Provide call coverage and inpatient care as required
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Eligible for Oregon medical licensure (facility will assist with OR license process)
• DEA license and CPR certification required
• Experience in community health or underserved populations preferred
Working Hours
