UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving multi-specialty clinic in Carol Stream, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that values whole-person care and clinical excellence.
- Well established community practice
- 1:4 call
- Patient friendly hours include: 1 evening per week and 1 Saturday morning per month
- Other specialty practices on site
- Lab and Xray on site
- PTO and CME
- Occurrence-based malpractice insurance
- Annual Salary: $220K-280K
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training
- Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
- Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
- Board Certified/Eligible, required
