  • Join a mission driven organization providing affordable medical, dental, pharmacy and eye care services to 140,000 hospitality workers and families in the culinary, bartending, and music industries in Las Vegas.
  • Partnership is with The University of Southern California- Keck Medicine- Keck provides the clinical staff
  • Ideal candidates are FP or IM/PEDS and can see all ages with 2 years of primary care experience
  • Bilingual Spanish is a top priority requirement. Can also use bilingual Chinese, Mandarin and Cantonese, Tagalog, Korean and Vietnamese.
  • Currently there are three (3) state of the art facilities around Las Vegas
  • A fourth (4th) facility is opening soon (Tropicana area of LV)
  • Outpatient only hours are 8am – 7pm, 1 hr lunch
  • Volume is controlled and at 17–20 patients, with a maximum of 25
  • No hospital work required – established hospitalists at local hospitals handle all inpatient
  • Group has Nurse advocates that handle all social visits and coordination for any hospitalized patients
  • Each physician is paired with their own dedicated Medical Assistant, and each location has 12–14 NPs and PAs combined across Primary Care, Pediatrics, and Convenience Care. The support structure is designed so physicians can focus on practicing medicine, not managing operational burdens.
  • Opportunity to work 4x10hr per week or 5x8hrs
  • Facilities do have weekend hours (Saturdays) for patient convenience
  • Single payer system- no insurance / no RVU style requirements for physicians’
  • Athena EMR
  • Base salary range for this position is $191,360.00 - $315,744.00. Range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
