About the Role:
As a valued member of our care team, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered primary care services in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a Monday through Friday position with no evenings or weekends (in most locations), designed to promote work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients
- Conduct health assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with an active state license.
- Primary Care experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
