Role Overview

As a Family Medicine Physician, you’ll be a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive care to both pediatric and adult patients.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Delivering primary and preventive care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions
• Performing physical exams, ordering/interpreting tests, prescribing medications
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and clinical policy development
• Conducting in-person and virtual visits at our Northview Heights and Middle Street clinics
• Mentoring students and mid-level providers
• Engaging in community outreach (minimum 2 hours/year)
• Supporting our mission with professionalism, compassion, and collaboration

What We’re Looking For

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution
• Pennsylvania medical license
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Active DEA license
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working within a faith-based mission
