- Full-time physician role in a community health center in Washington State, focused on high-quality, team-based outpatient care
- Salary range approximately $235,896"$265,896; requires post-residency clinical experience (not open to current residents) and is not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Key member of the medical leadership team helping shape clinical standards, policies, and procedures
- Supports quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across the clinic
- Active participant in Patient-Centered Medical Home and other quality initiatives, including daily care coordination huddles, identifying at-risk populations, and monitoring panel health
- Emphasis on empowering patients through education and support for self-management
- Provides clinical consultation to colleagues, participates in peer review, and assists with coverage planning to maintain adequate provider staffing
- Reviews key test results and communications when covering for absent providers to ensure timely care decisions
- Helps improve clinic operations, including patient flow and communication among medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and administrative teams
- Works with clinic leadership to address staff needs and support conflict resolution

- Minimum qualifications include:
- Board certification
- At least 2 years of post-training clinical experience
