This role is ideal for physicians passionate about preventative care, long-term patient relationships, and collaborative healthcare delivery.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting
• Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and health screenings
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (IM / FM / Geriatrics)
• Completed accredited residency program
• Active New York State medical license
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills
Working Hours
• Full-time | Day shift
• Monday–Friday (no overnight shifts)
