Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct preventive care, wellness visits, and health screenings
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active state medical license
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
Working Hours
• Full-time | Day shift | Outpatient only
