Job description
• Provides full-scope family medicine under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer
• Delivers quality, cost-effective primary care services
• Serves a diverse and medically underserved patient population
• Practices relationship-based, team-oriented care
• Performs complete patient examinations and preventive screenings
• Documents clinical observations per industry standards
• Ensures compliance through chart reviews
• Aligns care delivery with the mission and values of KHP
• Performs assessments and referrals per regulations and clinic policies
Job Responsibilities
• Deliver inpatient medical care when appropriate
• Serve as a preceptor to providers in training as needed
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality
• Complete timely and accurate medical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Provide call coverage and inpatient care as contractually required
• Comply with OSHA regulations and clinic safety standards
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited medical school (required)
• Preferred 3+ years of experience in primary care
• Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license (required)
• DEA license and CPR certification (required)
• Knowledge of FQHC operations and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong commitment to patient confidentiality
• Cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in patient care
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
Working Hours
• Day shift
• No or minimal call
