Location: Elk Grove, CA
Position Type: Contract: 2/23-8/10 with option to extend another 6 months
Specialty: Adult correctional care - virtual from office site in Elk Grove
Schedule: M-F 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm
Compensation: $240k/yr+
Patient Volume: 8-12 PPD
Requirements:
- Board Certified IM/FM
- CA state licensure
- Active/Unrestricted CA DEA
- ACLS and BLS
- 1 yr of continuous adult primary/chronic care within the last 3 years
- Comfort and proficiency with technology and remote communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams
