Job Title: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Aldie, VA (Loudoun County - Northern VA)
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday (No Evenings or Weekends)
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join One Oak Medical, a premier, physician-led practice in Aldie, VA. Founded by Dr. Jason Singha highly respected clinician with over a decade of experienceour practice was built on the principle of returning to personalized, high-quality primary care. We offer a modern, patient-centered model that prioritizes the patient experience and physician autonomy above all else.
- Personalized Clinical Scope: Provide a full scope of chronic and acute care to a diverse patient panel, predominantly aged 3050. Our model allows for a unique approach to healthcare, focusing on traditional primary care with the added value of longer appointment times and enhanced patient access.
- Quality-First Patient Experience: At One Oak Medical, we focus on quality over quantity. You will manage a comfortable volume of approximately 18 patients per day. Our model is designed to ensure the patient truly comes first, allowing you the time to build meaningful, long-term relationships without the pressure of a high-volume corporate environment.
- Forward-Thinking & Collaborative Team: Join a close-knit environment where every team member has a voice. You will be supported by a 1:1 MA-to-Provider ratio, with dedicated staff managing prior authorizations, inbox management, and routine callbacks. Dr. Singhs background in leadership and his presence as a national healthcare spokesperson ensure a practice culture that is both innovative and deeply supportive of its clinicians.
- Balanced Professional Lifestyle: Enjoy a consistent, full-time schedule with allocated admin time, and absolutely no evening or weekend office hours. We utilize an after-hours nursing line so that our providers do not have to take call.
