Job description TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) for a well-established FQHC outpatient clinic network in Sacramento, California. Multiple brick-and-mortar clinic locations plus a Mobile Medicine program

Schedule & Coverage
Schedule Options:
Five days per week, 8-hour shifts
Four 10-hour shifts (4/10 schedule option available)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (or approved 4/10 schedule)
Lunch Break: One hour
Telehealth: Yes (two telehealth slots per day)
Weekend Rotation: Yes (Saturday rotation)
Providers may take a weekday off or receive additional compensation for Saturday coverage

Practice Environment
Average daily patient volume: Typical FQHC volume
Age range treated: All ages (role dependent)
Support staff: Medical Assistants and Care Coordinators
Work style: Independent practice with team support
Call responsibilities: Yes
Phone-only call approximately 2–3 times per year (one-week coverage depending on provider pool)

Provider Requirements
MD/DO degree required
Board Certification preferred
FQHC or community health experience required
Active California license (or ability to obtain)
Prior enrollment in Medicare/Medicaid required

Credentialing
Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
Credentialed with major payors and insurance carriers
