Salary Range
$291,000 – $302,000 annually
(based on full-time schedule)
Position Overview
A well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system in Los Angeles County is seeking Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physicians for full-time outpatient primary care roles. This opportunity is ideal for physicians passionate about serving underserved and uninsured populations while maintaining excellent work-life balance.

- Huntington Park, CA
- Hawthorne, CA
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights, weekends, or call
Practice Highlights
- Outpatient primary care only
- Average 20–22 patients per day
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health, and specialty providers

Physician Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Current or pending California medical license
- Residents currently completing training are encouraged to apply
