- BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
- 16-18 patients per day
- New patients are scheduled at 40-minute intervals and follow-ups are 20 minutes
- 7:30 AM – 5 PM, M – F
- Practice call – telephonic – 1:15 or better
- Physician-run organization an exclusive focus on complex Medicare patients
- Small panel size (350 – 450 patients)
