- Full-time Permanent position working Monday-Friday (The schedule will be discussed during the interview)
- 100% outpatient
- The provider will be providing medical care for all ages
- The provider must be able to conduct preventative care, wellness care, vaccines, walk-ins, and medical urgent care
- Joining a strong support staff of Physicians as Advanced Providers
- Experienced and New graduates are welcome to apply
- The provider will be working with Managed Care, Medicare, and HMO patients, as well as conducting HEDIS measures
- FL license must be in hand or in process
