Family Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: Office hours are: 8am-5pm; Monday- Friday There is a lab in office that is open 8am-4pm.
· Practice Setting: Outpatient
· Scope: Preferred the provider is comfortable to perform sports physicals/acutes for peds patients. A large percentage of the population is 18 and older and care provided would include but is not limited to preventative/chronic care and a requirement with comfortability with controlled substance medicine management.
· State Licensure: Maine
· Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
