🗓️ Schedule

🕒 Monday – Friday
📅 Flexible 4 or 5-day work week
❌ No weekends (unless part of limited call rotation)

📞 Call Requirements:

• Phone call coverage once every 70 days (RN triage first)

• Telemedicine coverage 2–3 hours on weekends once every 3 months

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

✔️ Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
✔️ Active NY License (or willing to obtain)
✔️ Minimum 1 year primary care experience
✔️ Clean malpractice & licensing history (no exemptions)
✔️ NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) — required
✔️ ACLS & DEA

• Client cannot clear local candidates within 30 miles

• Credentialing fees not reimbursed

💰 Compensation & Benefits

💵 Base Salary: $250,000 – $260,000
🎁 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 (paid in first paycheck)
🎉 Retention Bonus: $25,000 in Year 2
