🧠 Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient family medicine practice in Plymouth, IN. This role offers a strong mix of work-life balance, community impact, and long-term stability, with the opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan—pediatrics through geriatrics.

👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ Practice Highlights

• Outpatient Family Medicine clinic (off-site from hospital)

• Join a team of 2 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner

• OB optional

• Patient population: All ages (Pediatrics–Geriatrics)

• Basic lab services and in-office procedures available

• Teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residents

• Supportive, mission-driven environment

• Permanent position only (No locums)

✅ Required Qualifications

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  (within 5 years of residency — Internal Medicine NOT accepted)

• Indiana medical license (or willingness to obtain)

• BLS & ACLS (or willing to obtain)

• DEA (or willing to obtain)

• COVID vaccination

• NPDB Self-Query Report (within last 30 days)

• Experience treating patients of all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics)

• EPIC EMR experience preferred

• 💰 Starting salary: $240,000 – $260,000 + production
