- Other details: The facility which is trauma level 4 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 12-25 patients per shift.The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekends or night shifts. The provider will see adult medicine patients only, and a minimum commitment of three to six months of coverage is preferred.

Job Responsibilities
* Conduct patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
* Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the EMR.
* Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Follow clinical guidelines and best practice standards.
Qualifications
* Active and unrestricted medical license.
* Experience in outpatient clinical settings preferred.
* Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Working Hours
* No weekends or night shifts.
* Minimum commitment of three to six months preferred.
Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in EMR documentation.
* Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
