ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT
Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified physicians, advanced practitioners, allied health, and therapists on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact provides direct knowledge of the industry to healthcare providers and facilities. - Minimum Salary: $295,800 (Total Compensation Range is $330,000 to $350,000 in a State with no Income Tax)
- Sign-on Bonus and Retention Bonuses are available
- Work RVUs Incentive Bonus are Available
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage starts at the first of the following month
- PTO: 6 weeks + Holidays
- CME: 5 days for $5,000
- Outpatient clinic only with bread and butter cases; hospital has AI and Dragon Dictation Software
- Schedule: 3-day (with 4 hours of home admin time), 4-day, or 5-day workweeks - you choose
- No weekends for the clinic; On-call coverage is 1 day in every 8 days (Paid $750)
- Student Loan Repayment: Up to $90,000 over 5 years + Kittitas County, Washington has a HPSA score of 15 for Primary Care
- Board Eligible or Board Certified is accepted
- Will not consider J-1 Visa Candidates at this time; willing to transfer H-1B Visas
- Open to late-career physicians or new graduates
- Good bedside manners, warm personality, compassionate with patients
- Live 90 minutes from an International Airport in Seattle, Washington
