A well-established, mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization in Los Angeles County is seeking Family Medicine Physicians for a locum-to-perm opportunity across multiple clinic locations. The organization is in active growth mode, including the opening of a new clinic, and is expanding primary care services throughout the region.

Physicians may be assigned to one or more of the following sites:

Position Highlights

Locums Pay: $140–$150/hour

Permanent Conversion: Competitive salary with strong upside upon conversion

Assignment Length: 3–12 months (locum-to-perm)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Unpaid 1-hour lunch

No call, no weekends

Setting: Outpatient clinic

Patient Volume: 20–22 patients per day

Visit Type: Scheduled appointments only

Support Staff: Site-based clinical support teams

Provider Requirements

Specialty: Family Medicine

Degree: MD or DO
-
Board Certification: ABFM (Board Eligible accepted if currently in residency)

Licensure: Active California medical license (required)

DEA: California DEA required
-
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Experience:

New graduates accepted

Preferred:

Enrollment with Medicare and Medi-Cal (credentialing may take up to 3 months if not enrolled)

Credentialing required prior to start

Credentialing timeframe may extend up to 3 months if not Medicare/Medi-Cal enrolled

Malpractice history must be fully disclosed at submission (low threshold)
