Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an outpatient primary care practice in Lexington, North Carolina. This position offers a patient-centered, team-based practice model with an emphasis on access, continuity of care, and work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only primary care practice
Emphasis on patient access including same-day appointments, extended hours, e-visits, and video visits
Team-based care model including Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, clinical pharmacists, health behaviorists, and clinical RNs
Physician leaders maintain active patient panels
System-wide EPIC electronic medical record
Focus on work-life balance
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
