End Date: Ongoing - Client's preference is to find a provider willing to stay or to not have more than two providers interchanging, just for continuity of care.
Coverage Type: Scheduled
Schedule: 8a-4p
Work Details:
· Support staff: Medical Assistant assigned to candidate to assist with patient care. Outpatient office clinic setting. Additional primary care APP working onsite.
· Patients per shift: 14-18
· EMR: Cerner
· Skills required: Must be able to participate in Medicaid/Medicare
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Must be a board certified physician in NC
· License required: MUST have active NC license
· DEA: MUST have active NC DEA
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days - ASAP
