Are you a Family Medicine Physician seeking a rewarding Outpatient role outside beautiful Philla, PA?

Join a mission-driven community health center with deep local roots
Provide full-scope primary care to patients of all ages, with a primary focus on adults
Document patient visits and coordinate comprehensive, team-based care

✔ Sign-on bonus plus recurring biannual retention bonuses
✔ Nearly 2 months of paid time off (approximately 7 weeks including PTO, holidays, CME, and sick time)

✔ $4,000 CME allowance and 80 hours of CME time starting in year two
✔ Very light call: once every 6–8 weeks, non-direct, RN/APP screened
