An established outpatient primary care clinic in Cashiers, NC is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care /Family Medicine Physician for a locums opportunity with long-term potential. This is a full-time, weekday position in a collaborative outpatient setting with a strong emphasis on continuity of care.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Call: None
- Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic
- Patient Volume: 14–18 patients per day
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff:
- Dedicated Medical Assistant assigned
- Additional Primary Care APP working onsite
- Labs: Performed next door
- Imaging: Not available onsite
Requirements
- Active North Carolina medical license – REQUIRED
- Active NC DEA – REQUIRED
- Board-Certified Physician – REQUIRED
- Must be eligible to participate in Medicare and Medicaid
