Seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide adult outpatient care. This is a dayshift, outpatient-only locum opportunity with no inpatient, ED, or call responsibilities.

🔹 Schedule

• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No call
• No inpatient or ED responsibilities
• Flexible coverage for provider departure

🏥 Practice Environment

• Primary Care / Family Practice
• EMR: Cerner
• Trauma Level: Level II
• Supervision: Not required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days

🩺 Scope of Practice

• Adult outpatient care
• EKG interpretation
• Disability exams (occupational medicine)

✈️ Travel & Reimbursement

• Preference for local providers (mileage reimbursement only)
• Travel may be considered for the right candidate

✅ Submission Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine – REQUIRED
• Active NJ Medical License – PREFERRED
• BLS Certification – REQUIRED
• Experience in adult outpatient care – REQUIRED
• Proficiency in EKG interpretation – REQUIRED
• Experience performing disability exams (occupational medicine) – PREFERRED
• Experience with Cerner EMR – PREFERRED
• Experience in a primary care / outpatient clinic setting – PREFERRED
• Self-Query NPDB (pulled within the same month) – REQUIRED
