Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient clinic coverage due to a recruitment gap. This is a short-term locum tenens opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and supportive clinical environment.
🔹 Position Highlights
- Outpatient clinic only
- No weekends
- Monday–Thursday schedule
- After-hours call shared on a rotating basis
- Average 20 patients per day
🏥 Practice Setting & Support
- Dedicated support staff including:
- Medical Assistants (MAs)
- Receptionist
- Onsite services:
- Point-of-care testing
- Diagnostic imaging (in building)
- EHR: Healthland
🩺 Scope of Practice
- Adult outpatient care
- General pediatric outpatient care
💰 Compensation & Logistics
- Hourly rate: $170/hr
- Travel & lodging: Covered
✅ Requirements (Must Be Provided at Name Clear)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine – REQUIRED
- Active Michigan license – REQUIRED
- BLS & ACLS – REQUIRED
- Local candidates only (no flights)
- Availability at time of name clear – REQUIRED
- NPDB self-query (pulled within 30 days) – REQUIRED
