We are seeking a seasoned, board-certified Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in New York. This role is ideal for a mid-to-late career physician with extensive experience in comprehensive primary care who is seeking long-term stability, clinical autonomy, and excellent work-life balance.
Job Responsibilities
✅ Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
✅ Conduct routine wellness visits and preventive care
✅ Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
✅ Manage chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, asthma, etc.)
✅ Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
✅ Prescribe medications and therapies
✅ Coordinate care with specialists when needed
✅ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
✅ Deliver patient-centered, high-quality medical care
Qualifications
✔️ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
✔️ Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
✔️ Completion of an accredited residency program
✔️ Active and unrestricted New York State medical license
✔️ Valid DEA license
✔️ BLS/ACLS certification
✔️ 10+ years of independent primary care experience preferred
✔️ Clean malpractice history
✔️ Bilingual skills a plus
Working Hours
🗓️ 4 or 5-day workweek (regular clinic hours)
⚖️ Rare weekend hospital coverage only if required for complications
