- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed and ongoing 32 hours per week - Temp to Perm
- Preferred Schedule: coverage days are flexible - hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Worksite Setting: Primary Care office
- Scope of Work: mostly routine bread and butter PC, acute, new patients
- Patient Population: peds to geriatrics
- Average number of patients per day: 16-22
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: IN active, unrestricted license, DEA, BLS, Board Cert.
