Job description
We are seeking a board-certified Primary Care Physician to join our established practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, health maintenance, and patient education.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-to-late career physician with 15+ years of primary care experience seeking a stable, long-term practice with a supportive and collegial team.
Responsibilities:

Conduct patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans

Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

Prescribe medications and therapies

Coordinate care with specialists when needed

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high-quality patient care

Provide patient education and preventive care guidance
Job Responsibilities
Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Valid and unrestricted New York state medical license
Valid DEA license
Current BLS/ACLS certification
Clean malpractice history
Excellent clinical skills and medical knowledge
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR systems)
Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement
Bilingual capabilities a plus (specify languages if relevant to patient population)
Qualifications
Base Salary: $235,000 per year
Productivity & Quality Bonus: $50,000 (for experienced candidates)
CME Allowance: $2500 + 3 days for professional development
Paid time off (4 weeks + 6 federal holidays)
