Are you a BE/BC Family Medicine physician seeking an outpatient-focused role with flexibility, strong specialty support, and a clear path to partnership?
We are recruiting a full- or part-time Primary Care Physician to join a growing, physician-led primary care team. This opportunity offers 100% outpatient practice, scheduling autonomy, and long-term financial upside in a supportive, collegial environment.
What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an established patient population

Practice with full autonomy and flexibility in visit structure and scheduling

Optional nursing home coverage and teaching opportunities

Collaborate with a wide network of in-house and visiting specialists

24/7 hospitalist coverage eliminates inpatient responsibilities

Who We’re Looking For

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure and DEA at time of hire
