Compensation & Benefits

$200,000 – $220,000 annual salary

Position Details

Full-time, permanent position

Schedule varies by clinic location

Outpatient primary care setting
-
Care for patients across the lifespan (pediatrics through adults)

Practice within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model alongside MAs, care coordinators, care managers, and support staff
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive ambulatory primary care

Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations
-
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
-
Prescribe evidence-based, cost-effective treatments

Deliver patient education and preventive care

Document care accurately using the EHR
Candidate Profile
-
Spanish fluency required (7/10 or higher)
(Many patients are Spanish-only speakers, including elderly patients with hearing challenges) -
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine

Comfortable and efficient with EHR systems
