St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established and patient-centered outpatient practice in Saratoga Springs, New York, offering flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and rewarding compensation.
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team
Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact
Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage
Perform telemedicine coverage for a few hours on designated weekends every few months
Collaborate with APPs, with potential for increased compensation
Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students
Utilize the EPIC EMR system for all patient documentation and records
See an average of 18–24 patients per day
Optional opportunities in hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles
Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure
Candidates must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified.
Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted.

4- or 5-day work week with 40 hours per week including 34 direct patient-facing hours
On Call Requirements:
Call rotation approximately 1 in every 70 days. Phone call only with RN triage as first contact. Telemedicine for 2–3 hours on weekends once every 3 months
Weekend Requirements:
No in-office weekend hours; only telemedicine as part of call rotation
