Salary: $345,000 – $355,000
Inland Behavioral & Health Services (IBHS), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine physician to serve as Program Director for our newly developing Family Medicine Residency Program in San Bernardino, California.
This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to build and lead a community-based residency program focused on training physicians to serve medically underserved populations.

Teach, mentor, and supervise Family Medicine residents

Lead curriculum development and ACGME accreditation

Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and administration of the residency program

Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements

Recruit, mentor, and evaluate residents and faculty

Manage program resources and budget
-
Serve on the IBHS Graduate Medical Education Committee

Maintain clinical practice and scholarly activity
Requirements:
-
MD or DO with active California license
-
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
-
ABFM or AOBFM board certification
-
3–5 years of residency teaching or administrative experience preferred
