• PartnerMD is seeking 2 new Primary Care Physicians for brand-new seats in Richmond, VA
• One opening for early 2026 at the Short Pump location
• One opening for mid to late 2026 at the Forest location
• Outpatient primary care role with a concierge-style practice model
• Focus on high-quality, relationship-based patient care
• One opening for early 2026 at the Short Pump location

Job Responsibilities
• Manage adult patient panels in an outpatient setting
• Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care
• Build long-term patient relationships
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
Qualifications
• Active Virginia medical license – REQUIRED
• 5–20 years of Primary Care experience – REQUIRED
• U.S. Medical Graduate (Stateside) – REQUIRED
• Strong communication and patient-focused care skills
