We are excited to announce a new opening for a board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) in our growing outpatient practice in Guntersville, Alabama. This is an opportunity to join a supportive, private physician-owned and led group with no private equity backing and over 20 years of established expertise across Alabama. As we've expanded into primary care, you'll benefit from a collaborative environment with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) as an extender to enhance efficiency and work-life balance. Plus, our employed Integrated Behavioral Health team seamlessly handles mental health and long-term care needs, allowing you to focus purely on high-quality, patient-centered primary care without inpatient responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient primary care to all ages (or adults only, per specialty).
- Collaborate with APP for patient management, exams, preventive care, chronic disease, and minor procedures.
- Build patient relationships in a modern facility.
- Participate in quality improvement and team care.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from accredited institution.
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active AL license (or willing to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate care focus.
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $300,000+ (BOE) plus production incentives.
- Generous sign-on bonus.
