Family Medicine Physician
A community hospital system in, North Carolina is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their award-winning team. Located 50 minutes from Raleigh and under 2 hours from the North Carolina coast, this mid-sized town offers a welcoming community, low cost of living, and access to city amenities.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $230,000–$250,000/year (based on experience)

Additional $25,000 annually in quality bonuses (93% of providers achieve this)

Practice Highlights
-
Clinic established in 2015 within a 316-bed community hospital system
-
Physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management, sick visits, annual exams, immunizations, acute walk-in care
-
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Clinics staffed with Family, Internal, and Pediatric physicians, plus APP support

Each physician supported by dedicated MAs and RNs
-
Opportunity to precept/mentor APPs with additional compensation

Average patient volume: 18 patients/day

Candidate Requirements

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

Eligible for NC medical license

U.S. Citizens, H1B, J1, or Green Card holders eligible
