We are currently looking for a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving, mature private practice with locations in Orange and Madison, VA.
About The Opportunity
- Outstanding Opportunity: Step into a highly respected practice and work alongside a collaborative team of six physician partners and a tenured support staff. This is an ideal role for an established physician or a motivated new graduate seeking strong mentorship.
- Full Scope of Practice: We offer comprehensive chronic and acute care for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. Our offices are equipped with on-site X-ray and mammography services, allowing you to provide streamlined, high-quality care to a loyal, multi-generational patient base.
- Clinical Autonomy & Support: Enjoy true clinical freedom with the ability to set your own appointment pacing. You will be supported by an ample, tenured staffmany of whom have been with the practice for over 30 yearswho handle everything from triage and med refills to inbox management.
- Highly Flexible Scheduling: We offer 4 or 4.5-day work weeks with flexible daily hours.
- Academic Connection: Through our partnership with the University of Virginia, physicians have unique opportunities for teaching, clinical rotations, guest lecturing, and precepting medical students (only if inclined, not required).
