Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 01/12/2026
- End Date: 03/31/2026
- Schedule: 8:00 – 5:00, Monday – Friday
Clinical Details
- Work Setting: Outpatient physician practice
- Age Range of Patient Population: Birth to 99
- Average Patients per Day: 16-20
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 Physician Assistant, 2 office staff, 1 remote phone attendant, 0.5 practice manager, 5.03 medical assistants
- Job Duties: All duties that are assumed by a primary care provider, Direct patient care including documentation of the visits both in person visits and via telemedicine visits, Review and interpretation/of correspondences and results, Determine follow up plan and adjustment of medications, Paperwork including FMLA, disability, homecare etc., Respond to portal and phone messages, After hour call coverage on intermittent basis
Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active DEA License
- Preferred: BLS/CPR Certification
- Will consider non-local providers, there will be no travel reimbursement for this role
